Plan’ Celebrates efforts of FTSE project participants


Plan International Pakistan celebrated the efforts of girl participants of the Fast Track Secondary Education (FTSE) project (2011-2013) on Wednesday.
As a signatory of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the government is obligated to ensure the right to free education for all children, especially girls and children from vulnerable groups and minorities, said the chief guest, Muhammad Rafique Tahir, joint educational adviser (JEA), Capital Administration and Development Division (CA&DD). Plan International Pakistan launched the FTSE project in 10 slum communities in Islamabad with whom it has worked with for the last 10 years.Daily Times.
